We do not collect or upload workout videos you record in the app. See Section 5 for details.

4. No Medical Advice

No advice provided on our app or website should be considered medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program or making any changes to your exercise routine based on information obtained from our Services.

5. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

We store your account information (name, email) and fitness data (goals, workouts, history) on secure servers such as AWS and Firebase. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

 

Data retention:

 

  • Account credentials (name, email, login information) are permanently deleted when you delete your account through the in-app account deletion feature.
  • Fitness data (goals, current workout, and workout history) is retained for as long as your account is active, and is deleted upon request by emailing info@acculete.com.
  • Workout videos you record in the app for exercise purposes are stored locally on your device only. They are never uploaded to our servers or accessible to us, and are not subject to the retention terms above since we never possess them.

We use third-party services to help provide our Services. These third parties may have limited access to your information to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our Services or as required by law.
